working principle:
       Wet dust removal is a method in which the washing liquid (usually water) is brought into full contact with the dust-containing gas, and the dust particles are washed to purify the gas. The high-pressure nozzle and high-efficiency filling material are installed in the circulating spray system, so that the spray liquid can reach the atomization state. When the spray water contacts the dust-containing gas, the absorbable dust in the gas is dissolved in the liquid, which will form gas and solid. Mix liquid. However, due to the solid-liquid separator installed in the tower, most of the large solid particles were collected and the spray water was circulated again. As time goes on and the absorbent concentration in the solution increases, the absorption rate will continue to slow down. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the spray liquid at this time, so that the dust-containing exhaust gas is combined with the fresh spray liquid, which is more conducive to the absorption of the dust-containing exhaust gas and achieves the best treatment effect.
