Equipment introduction:

Equipment structure:
The washing tower contains the following components:
1、The tower body part of the washing tower contains: a water storage tank, a filling layer, a dewatering layer, a window and a base.
2、The circulating water part contains: circulating water pump, sprinkler pipe, spiral anti-blocking nozzle, water level control valve and switch;
3、Dosing system contains: PH online detector, medicinal solution metering pump, medicine tank storage tank, agitator, liquid level sensor, etc .;
working principle:
After the exhaust gas is collected by the gas collecting hood and pipes, it is introduced into the washing tower processing equipment by a centrifugal fan, and then the gas is sent to the chimney system by the centrifugal fan, and then the treated clean air is discharged at high altitude.
The condition of the scrubber for treating the exhaust gas is that at a certain temperature and pressure, a high-pressure nozzle is installed in the equipment's circulating spray system, and the filling material is an efficient filling material, so that the spray liquid can reach an atomized state. When the gas-liquid phase comes into contact, the dissolution or absorption of the components is the main factor. As time goes on and the concentration of the absorbent in the solution increases, the absorption rate will continue to slow down, while the desorption rate will continue to increase. At a certain moment, the absorption and desorption speeds are equal, and the transfer between gas and liquid phases reaches equilibrium-phase equilibrium. When the phase equilibrium is reached, the dissolution process is stopped. Therefore, the clean washing solution needs to be replaced at this time, otherwise the components that have been absorbed in the solution may escape from the liquid phase back to the gas phase and form desorption.
